The screen, no reason, not to have one in each window, and we will get to that also. We should have these tweaks and corrections completed very soon. Cookies and tea are and have been a favorite at the property for many years and they are served in our Notch room daily. The key card access also is designed to keep it secluded and relaxing, but we always rethink when it does not deliver the experience we set out to. True we try to keep total seperation to not lose the tranquil atmosphere in the spa, but restrooms are very close, sorry we did a poor job making all aware. We do have bathrooms in 2 areas of the spa and pool, just not the signage to make it easy to recognize and we are dealing with that as we respond. Renovations, although recent are just a beginning for us! Guestrooms, did get most of the attention in this last round, bath's will get another look soon. We wake every day and look for ways to anticipate and deliver to all guests and certainly those who do appreciate the detail as we know they are our guests! We are so sorry for the challenges.
